Historical touch rates for 0DTE and 1DTE straddle bands. This is the quick version of the interactions work: how often price tags the top, the bottom, or either side.

quick read
0DTE
This is the sharpest intraday reference. Touches happen a lot, so the band is useful as a containment and reversal context, not as a magic wall.
1DTE
A wider band with fewer touches. Useful when you want a looser expected-move frame and more room for trend continuation.
